Better Joy

Better Joy is the Manchester alt-pop project of singer-songwriter Bria Keely. Her music combines jangling guitars, melodic choruses and autobiographical writing about mental health, resilience and the time required for recovery. ‘Waiting on Time’ follows the process of finding clarity after a difficult period and builds from intimate verses towards a more expansive chorus. The track introduced the EP Heading into Blue, produced by Mike Hedges, and followed earlier singles including ‘Carnival’ and ‘What a Day’.
