Casual Wednesday

Casual Wednesday is the musical project of North London artist Natasha Petrou. The project blends indie punk, alternative rock and ethereal vocal textures, placing melodic singing against punchier guitar-led arrangements. After a two-year break, Casual Wednesday returned with a rock interpretation of the Christmas standard ‘O Holy Night’. The recording retains the song’s recognisable melody while replacing its traditional presentation with heavier instrumentation and a more direct performance. The release introduces Casual Wednesday’s sound through a familiar composition while signalling renewed activity from the project.
