LI KUAN

LI KUAN is a London-based singer-songwriter and classically trained multi-instrumentalist whose music combines acoustic indie pop, electronic production and orchestral arrangement. ‘The Fireworks’ introduced her work through a reflection on one-sided love and the Fallas festival in Valencia. Follow-up single ‘So Alive’ returns to the city from a brighter perspective, presenting Valencia as a place of liberation and renewed identity. The track moves through rolling bass, natural vocals, vocoder effects and layered harmonies before reaching an outro shaped by cello and violin. LI KUAN draws on classical composition while retaining the immediacy and rhythmic focus of contemporary pop.
