Natalie Gray unveils bold self-love anthem ‘Camouflage’ ahead of London headline show

Natalie Gray is gearing up for a huge week. On 25th July, the London-based artist will release her boldest single yet, ‘Camouflage’, an electrifying synth-pop anthem about embracing your true self, letting go of shame and refusing to shrink to fit in. The release coincides with her upcoming headline show at Paper Dress Vintage, marking a major moment in her journey as one of the UK’s most exciting rising pop voices.

Written with childhood friend Jack Craig, ‘Camouflage’ is a glitter-drenched, emotionally charged track packed with 80s-inspired synths, an iconic guitar solo and a sky-high key change. Taking influence from the likes of Whitney Houston, Prince and Chaka Khan, alongside modern icons such as Pink, Lawrence and Paramore, Natalie’s latest track is a confident celebration of identity, mental health awareness and the freedom found in self-acceptance.

“I wrote ‘Camouflage’ during a time when I was struggling with feeling like I wasn’t enough,” she explains. “It’s about those moments where you feel like you have to pretend to be someone else just to survive, but learning that your power lies in taking that mask off.” That message lies at the heart of the track, delivered through Natalie’s powerhouse vocals and a shimmering, high-gloss production that’s built to move both bodies and hearts.

More than just a catchy pop song, ‘Camouflage’ is a call to anyone who has ever hidden parts of themselves out of fear, anxiety or imposter syndrome. It’s a track made for the misfits and dreamers who are learning to take up space and stop apologising for who they are.

Glitter, guts and guitar solos

Jack Craig’s production perfectly supports the message, offering a slick, radio-ready sound that still feels personal and sincere. The song never loses sight of its emotional core, even as it bursts with energy. With a chorus built for singalongs and enough sparkle to light up any dancefloor, ‘Camouflage’ is set to become a fan favourite.

Natalie describes it as “a track I am very excited to unleash onto the world” — and with good reason. Following a run of successful singles and festival appearances across the UK and Europe, she has become known for her electric live shows, emotional honesty and commitment to empowering others through music. The upcoming release and headline performance together mark a key milestone in her evolution as a fearless and authentic pop artist.

‘Camouflage’ is released 25th July via AWAL on all major streaming platforms. Natalie Gray’s headline show at Paper Dress Vintage takes place the same week and promises to be just as full of heart, synths and glitter. You can follow Natalie Gray over on Instagram.
