Emilia Tarrant

Emilia Tarrant is an indie-pop songwriter whose work explores mental health, grief, relationships, self-worth and the quiet doubts of everyday life. She released her first single at seventeen in 2019 and later received support from Radio 1’s Future Pop and BBC Introducing. Her music has appeared repeatedly on Love Island, and she has performed at BBC Maida Vale Studios and Glastonbury. Her debut album why do i get out of bed? gathers eleven songs written by Emilia around questions of purpose, anxiety, routine and personal experience. The record followed a sold-out London headline show and a run of singles including ‘Bottled Up’.
