Sarah-Ruth is an acoustic folk-pop singer-songwriter who introduced her recorded work with the debut single ‘Raspberry Jam’. The song began as a playful TikTok challenge after a follower suggested writing about raspberries, but developed into a reflection on home as a feeling created by people and personal connections rather than a physical place. Bright ukulele, clear vocals and gentle production support its thoughtful writing. The single marked Sarah-Ruth’s first studio-recording experience. Alongside songwriting, Sarah-Ruth studies medicine and has built an audience through TikTok and in-person promotion, including giving jars of raspberry jam to music listeners in London and Cornwall.
