Dea Doyle

Dea Doyle is a West London-born singer-songwriter whose work blends folk-pop, indie pop and melodic songwriting with a country edge. After releasing four singles and building a presence on the London live circuit, she took time away from music before returning with ‘Marina’. Written in memory of her aunt, who died from cancer, the song explores grief, love, family connection and the way absence continues through later moments in life. Dea Doyle recorded the track with producer Sophie Ackroyd and mastering engineer Izzy McPhee. Her father, Eamonn Doyle, plays bass and contributes backing vocals, while Anthony Drennan adds lead guitar.
