Lois Brooks is a UK alt-pop songwriter whose music begins with intimate, piano-led writing before expanding into atmospheric and cinematic pop. Her songs explore heartbreak, overwhelming thoughts, intrusive thinking, vulnerability and the pressure that builds beneath the surface. Releases including ‘Wasted’, ‘Breathe’, ‘Blackened’ and ‘Red Run’ trace her development towards a darker and more layered sound while keeping her vocal performance and direct writing at the centre. ‘Red Run’ was produced by The Pearl Works and mastered by Mike Hillier at Metropolis Studios in London.
