Mersey Wylie

Mersey Wylie is a Liverpool neo-soul artist whose EP Woman combines jazz-influenced arrangements with writing about feminism, mental health, self-image and personal value. The project moves between vulnerability, anger and joy, using sweeping melodies and layered instrumentation to reflect those shifts. Mersey Wylie places detailed lyricism and dynamic vocal performance at the centre of the collection, presenting womanhood as complex rather than fixed. The EP continues her development within Liverpool’s independent soul and jazz community.
