Night Swimming are a Bath-based five-piece whose music moves between dream-pop haze, shoegaze, trip-hop restraint, acoustic detail and atmospheric electronics. Led vocally and lyrically by Meg Jones, the band explores identity, depersonalisation, loss, difficult relationships and stilted connection. Their second EP Melting, Sometimes Bleeding was produced by longtime collaborator Peter Miles and mastered by Simon Scott of Slowdive. The band have toured with Heartworms, bdrmm, Miki Berenyi and Pale Blue Eyes while developing a live reputation built around immersive atmosphere and controlled shifts between intimacy and scale.
