We’ve got a “Crush” on Jess Stewart’s new single

Cambridgeshire based Jess Stewart is set to release her new single ‘Crush’ on 8th March 2024.

Intertwining influences of Dance Pop and Soul into her songs, idolising and inspired by the likes of Ariana Grande, Caity Baser and Mimi Webb, Jess captures her perspective on the ups and downs of growing up in Gen-Z. Self- producing upbeat dance pop, Jess released ‘Rewrite Memories’ and ‘Twenties’ to start her career. With both songs receiving overwhelming positive responses, Jess released her third single ‘Prince Charming (Went to Hell)’ late 2023 which exceeded any imaginable outcomes, surpassing 10,000 streams on Spotify. Now with her fourth single ‘Crush’ to be released on 08.03.24, this track embodies a dark, gritty female rage about unrequited feelings and being taken for granted and it’s a song you don’t want to miss.

‘Crush’ takes the uncertainty of new relationships into a dark, gritty female rage. Highlighting the emotional rollercoaster between being wanted and taken for granted, ‘Crush’ expresses the desire to remain in that exciting early stage of a relationship with the feelings of butterflies and anticipation. The song screams female empowerment, with strong vocals, booming basslines and a dance beat you won’t be able to resist.
