Claudia Kate

Claudia Kate is an independent indie-pop artist who began writing songs at fifteen, moving from small folk compositions towards larger pop arrangements created at home with producer Al Middleton. Her work explores young adulthood, identity, body image, politics and the pressure of finding a place in society. Claudia’s debut album documented songs written between the ages of seventeen and twenty-one, while later material developed her blend of guitar-led indie pop, spoken-word passages and direct protest writing. She has performed across London, including a headline show at Camden Assembly.
